Since our products—boxes, paper bags, stickers, and other packaging materials—are custom-made or consumable, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering mistakes.
2. Exchanges Allowed (Only for Damaged/Defective Items)
We’re committed to quality. If your delivered items are faulty—dented packaging, printing smudges, tears, misprints, etc.—you may request an exchange under these terms:

Our team will review your request and, if approved, guide you through the exchange process, typically sending replacements within 7 days.
4. Shipping Fees
- Peelkraft covers shipping costs for valid exchanges due to defects.
- Shipping for your return of the damaged/defective item must be prepaid.
5. Eligibility Criteria
Product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with no alterations. Exchange eligibility is limited to defects or errors originating from Peelkraft—not damages from misuse or external handling.
6. Final Sale & Liability
All items are final sale, unless eligible under the conditions above. Peelkraft is not responsible for damages caused after delivery through improper handling or third-party shipping.
7. Right to Refuse
Requests outside the 3-day window or without valid proof may be refused.
